Shipping Methods

1. Pickup from our store
You may collect your order free of charge from our physical store.

2. Courier delivery
We work with ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki and Speedex.

  • Order preparation and handover to the courier company is completed within 1–3 business days.
    We make every effort to dispatch orders to the courier as quickly as possible.

  • Estimated delivery time to the customer is:

    • 1–3 business days for deliveries within the Athens area

    • 1–5 business days for the rest of Greece

    • 1–20 business days for deliveries within the European Union or outside Greece

  • For shipments outside the EU or to areas not served by private courier companies, delivery may be made via Hellenic Post (ELTA). In such cases, different delivery times and customs clearance procedures may apply.

  • In remote or hard-to-reach areas or during periods of high demand (e.g., holiday seasons), courier services may experience delays.

  • For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs fees may apply, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Our store is committed to prompt and timely delivery of parcels to the courier companies, but bears no responsibility for delays caused by external factors or force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, customs, high volume of shipments, etc.).

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Product Exchange
    Accepted provided that the product:

    • has not been used,

    • is in its original condition, and

    • is accompanied by its intact packaging.

  • Refund
    Accepted:

    • in case of a defective product, or

    • provided that the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with the applicable legislation on distance purchases.

The refund covers only the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
